This is one of our recent projects, this property not only involved full interior and exterior repainting including woodwork and railings but repairs to the roof, swimming pool and other areas including some small building alterations. The interior walls of some areas of this property had substancial water damage caused by leaks from drains and flower planters located on the roof and roof terraces of the property.
