The land from the finca has the added advantage of being entered in the escritura as two areas, this makes it easier to split at a later date if the owner so wishes, generally this is not currently possible to do under 30,000 mts unless the deeds show the land in this way. This is because the original finca was split before this regulation came into force then placed in the same deeds again and so is now shown in the deeds as 2 areas.

NOTE: The river is not on the finca land, it is only a few minutes drive away and is open to the public. The images where taken in summer (August 2007 and 2008), even in summer the river has flowing water from a mountain spring and is cool and refreshing. There are very small dams that create pools for swimming in summer. I have to admit that after swimming here I never wanted to go back to swimming in the sea.
